The Case for Early Marriage

So I stumbled upon this article in Christianity Today . . . today. I would talk about it but why don't you just read it for yourself and then post some of your thoughts.

Do you agree with the author?

What should we do in response?

Where are all the single Christian men? (Writing blogs in their living rooms!)

Let me know what you think. Let's have a conversation.

  3. Very cool article. I like it. This reminds me of something I learned in Adolescent Psych class. "Adolescence" as we know it today, is actually a very recent invention. It really didn't even exist until about the 1950's (I could be off a little on the date). We (Americans) kept idolizing youth and lengthening the time that we aren't really responsible for anything, until we end up where are now with people striving to be young and free at all costs, putting off "grown-up" things like marriage until later and later.
